Sosyomax Ltd. processes personal data in line with applicable data protection law. This page explains what we process and why.
Data we process
Account data (name, email, password hash), workspace settings, chat content, contact details shared by visitors, IP address and browser information, and billing details sent to Stripe for payments.
Purpose
To provide the service, deliver and store chats, keep the platform secure (spam and abuse detection), handle billing and meet legal obligations.
Processor role
For data belonging to our customers' visitors we act as a processor; the customer is the controller. We do not use that data for any other purpose without instruction.
Retention and deletion
Chat records are kept for the retention period each customer sets, then deleted or anonymised. You can export, delete or anonymise personal data from the panel at any time.
Sharing
Data is shared only with providers needed to run the service: Stripe for payments, your SMTP provider for email, and your chosen model provider when AI features are enabled.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to processing. Send your requests to the contact address below.
Cookies
We use a session cookie for sign-in, a language preference cookie and the technical cookies the widget needs to recognise a visitor. No marketing cookies are used.
